    Chloe Lamb’s delightfully named Counting Lambs sells luxury bespoke silk and goose down eiderdowns, each one handmade in the UK.

    It was a stay at a friend’s family home in Hampshire three years ago. There was a beautiful, old-fashioned feather-filled eiderdown rolled up on our bed and it reminded me how wonderful eiderdowns are.

    I realised there was a gap in the market when I discovered how difficult it was to find anything new like that today.
